When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by noon. Early arrival requires prior approval. Ask the office by 10:00 AM if you hope to use facilities after checkout; added fees may apply.
Are pets welcome?
Yes. Keep pets leashed, supervised, and cleaned up after. Aggressive or nuisance pets are not permitted. Rental pet eligibility varies by unit.
Can visitors join us?
All registered and unregistered guests are subject to campground rules. Contact the office before inviting visitors so current registration, parking, and any applicable fee requirements can be confirmed.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Connectivity can vary by site and device. Check the live listing for your accommodation or ask the office about current Wi-Fi options before relying on it for work or streaming.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 14 days before arrival: refund minus $35. Seven to 14 days: 50% refund minus $35. Seven days or less: no refund. Holiday weeks and cabin reservations are non-refundable.
Are campfires allowed?
Yes, weather permitting and when there is no wind. Use the provided ring, keep fires small, and extinguish them fully. Fires may continue only until midnight.
Can I bring firewood?
No. Outside firewood is prohibited to protect campground trees. Approved firewood is available from the office or guest portal.
When is the pool open?
The heated outdoor pool is seasonal. Hours are posted at the gate and may change. Children require adult supervision.
What are quiet hours?
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM, beginning at 11:00 PM on weekends.
How many cars can park at a site?
One vehicle per site. Additional vehicles must use the designated parking area.
