Google Maps and MapQuest may route you through an underpass with a maximum clearance of 12 feet 7 inches. RVs and taller vehicles should follow the directions below.

RECOMMENDED ROUTES

Arrive without the underpass.

From the north

Take NYS Thruway Exit 21B.
Turn left and follow Route 9W South for 7.4 miles.
Ignore the earlier GPS turn onto County Route 49; stay on 9W for two more miles.
Turn right onto Schoharie Turnpike and continue 1.2 miles. Camp Catskills is on the right.

From the south

Take NYS Thruway Exit 21 and turn left for 0.6 miles.
Turn left onto the ramp toward NY-23 East/Hudson.
Merge onto NY-23 East, then turn left onto US-9W North.
Continue 4.5 miles, turn left onto Schoharie Turnpike, and travel 1.2 miles. Camp Catskills is on the right.
